1. Shipping Coverage & Restricted Addresses

  • Global Shipping: We offer shipping to most countries and regions worldwide. However, please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses—orders shipped to these addresses will be automatically canceled or delayed, and we will notify you to update the delivery address.
  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address (including street name, house number, city, postal code, and contact phone number). If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address (e.g., "address not found," "recipient unavailable"), or requires reshipping, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return and reshipping fees.

2. Order Processing Time

Processing time refers to the period between order confirmation and shipment dispatch. It is separate from shipping time (the time taken for the package to reach you after dispatch):

  • Non-Customized Orders: Standard processing time is 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Shipping Time & Carriers

  • Estimated Shipping Time: After your order is dispatched, standard shipping time is 7–12 business days (excluding customs clearance delays for international orders). Please note:
    • Shipping time may vary slightly by destination country/region (e.g., remote areas may take 1–3 additional business days).
    • During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year) or due to global logistics disruptions (e.g., weather, customs backlogs), shipping time may be extended by 2–5 business days. We will update you promptly if significant delays occur.

7. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, contact your local carrier immediately to confirm delivery location (e.g., left with a neighbor, at a local pickup point).
