Thank you for choosing EmblemVibe. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review the following Return & Refund Policy to understand the process, eligibility, and terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

The eligibility of returns varies based on whether the product is customized or non-customized:

  • Non-Customized Products: You may initiate a return for non-customized items within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, for any reason (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size). EmblemVibe will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Customized Products: Returns for customized items (e.g., personalized logos, engraved designs, made-to-order specifications) are only accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue (e.g., material flaws, incorrect customization as per your order details). No returns will be approved for customized products due to customer preference or change of mind.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us First: Send an email to our customer support team at info@emblemvibe.com with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Product name/model
    • Reason for return (with photos if the product is defective or damaged)
    • Your full name and registered email address
  2. Await Return Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label via email.
  3. Package the Product: Please return the item in its original packaging (including all tags, accessories, and user manuals) to ensure it is protected during transit. Damages caused by improper packaging may result in return rejection.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged (e.g., broken parts, dents) or defective (e.g., non-functional components) upon delivery, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving the package.
  • Include clear photos/videos of the damaged/defective item and the original packaging in your email to info@emblemvibe.com. This helps us verify the issue and process your request faster.
  • For non-customized products: We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (per your preference) and cover all return shipping costs.
  • For customized products: We will either repair the item, send a replacement (if possible), or issue a full refund—depending on the severity of the defect.

4. Order Cancellation

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it free of charge. To cancel, please email info@emblemvibe.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You will need to follow the return process outlined above once you receive the item.

5. Product Exchanges

  • Customized Products: Exchanges are not supported for customized items, even if the issue is unrelated to quality.
  • Non-Customized Products: Exchanges are allowed (e.g., for a different size, color, or model) within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. However, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs to send the original item back to us.
  • To request an exchange, please email info@emblemvibe.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the product you want to exchange it for. We will confirm availability of the desired item before guiding you through the process.

6. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the item within 3 business days to ensure it is in unused, undamaged condition (with original packaging and accessories) and meets return eligibility requirements.
  • If the inspection is approved, we will process your refund through the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, debit card) within 1 business day of approval.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (e.g., credit card companies typically take 3-5 business days to reflect the refund in your account). If you do not receive your refund within 7 business days of our refund confirmation email, please contact info@emblemvibe.com immediately for assistance.

7. Additional Notes

  • Returns will be rejected if the product is used, damaged (due to customer negligence), missing original packaging/accessories, or outside the eligible return window.
  • For international orders (if applicable), customs duties or taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, as these fees are levied by local authorities.
